Welcome to our Membership Page, and thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Rockwall Women’s League. RWL thrives on the diversity of its members, and we’re so proud of that! We encourage you to contact us and attend one of our General Meetings, seeing firsthand what we’re all about.

As a prospective member or new active member, it is our goal to make you feel welcome and a part of this incredible group of ladies. We have lots of sub-groups to get involved in from book clubs, movie clubs, walking groups, cooking clubs, breakfast groups, lunch groups, adventure groups, etc., etc. Participate a little or participate a lot, we know you’ll find your niche somewhere!

Below you will find our membership requirements. This is what is expected of each and every active member on a yearly basis, June 1st through May 31st. Our General Meetings start in September and end in May with a lovely luncheon hosted by our Associate Members. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Membership Requirements:

• Pay annual dues.
• Meet all financial requirements, which are voted on by the general membership.
• Attend a minimum of 5 business meetings, September - May
• Meet the 20 community service volunteer hour obligation as outlined in bylaws.
• Deliver a minimum of three Meals on Wheels.
• Purchase a service badge.
• Serve on an Executive, Standing or Special Committee
• Serve on a Ball Committee
• Meet a minimum requirement for fund-raising events voted on yearly by the general membership:
  • Purchase admission for 2 people to the Ball.
  • Sell 10 Chance Drawing tickets.
  • Fulfill assigned solicitation requirements for advertising, auction item donations and cash contributions
• Participate in ball decorating and clean-up.
